JIMMY SIRREL
Jimmy Sirrel arrived at Meadow Lane in 1969 and in three separate spells as manager led the magpies to promotion from division four all the way to the old first division.
The sharp witted Scot is regarded as the greatest manager to have held the post at Notts County. This unique piece emphasises Sirrel’s fantastic career with details of him receiving the ‘Bells services to football award 1984’.
